Had a really amazing stay for a night, glad I've chosen it. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The location was very central, great for a tower and a gallery located so close to the hotel. Really enjoyed restaurants and eateries so close to the property. I did not want to leave and would stay here again.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining area and ironing facilities. The location was marvellous, for example, Two Oceans Aquarium was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Great location near the waterfront.
We attempted to use the stairs for a quicker exit, but ended up lost because the emergency exit signage was misleading. It took us 15 minutes to find our way out! What if there had been a fire? When I reported this, the staff barely responded. It was an unsafe situation that should not be overlooked.

The hotel's proximity to the waterfront made exploring the area easy, and it felt safe walking at night. The welcome drink and complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The room was equipped with USB ports and had a spacious walk-in shower. Dining service could use improvement, especially later in the evening, and my room lacked trouser hangers, unexpected.

We had a wonderful stay here with my kids, especially enjoying the tasty breakfast and the cozy family room with a gorgeous mountain view. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were awesome spots to relax after our adventures. The only tiny drawback was the pool's size, but it didn't take away from our overall fun experience. definitely plan a visit! ☀️

Strongly recommend for a couple of nights
Friendly staff, spacious room, with a breakfast selection that was both varied and of excellent quality, including a shower room that had ample space for hanging wet towels and a well-placed illuminated makeup mirror.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Chic Stay with Amazing Rooftop Views
My partner and I stayed for one night and enjoyed the vibrant rooftop bar with amazing views. The cocktails were a highlight of our evening! Tip, reserve a spot early to avoid the crowd. The shower temperature was a bit tricky to manage.

The rooftop bar view was fine 🥂 The room was comfy but it was disappointing that the balcony lacked furniture. A nice stay, but they should address some maintenance issues.
